Product Images Not Loading Correctly – Conflict with YITH WooCommerce Plugin

    Dear Support Team,

    We are encountering a critical issue where product images are not loading correctly on our website. After conducting thorough troubleshooting, we suspect that the conflict is being caused by the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium plugin.

    This plugin is crucial for our business operations, as we rely on it to manage customization options for over 200 products. We need a viable solution that allows the theme and this plugin to coexist without issues.

    Please advise on how we can resolve this conflict. If no solution is possible, we will be forced to request a full refund, as the theme would not be compatible with our current workflow.

    We appreciate your prompt assistance on this matter and are available to provide any further information or access needed for debugging.

    We’ve checked a single product page on your site and images are visible https://prnt.sc/iHSyCejjgK2G with the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium activated. We’ve added the product link to the Private Content area.

    Have you contacted support of the plugin and solved the issue?

    Could you please test the same question using a default theme like Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the question may not be related to the theme itself.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hi,
    as you can see on this example product the problem is there: https://old.greenterest.it/shop/ombrellone-rodi-fim/

    The site with other themes (different tests) works, only with yours no.

    For the plugin developer the problem is the theme.

    You took a simple product, the problem occurs with products that have variants.

    So I need a clear answer:

    1) Can you check and solve
    2) Issue a refund because the theme does not work

    Now it works, is it great! Could you share the change you implemented? This is a staging site and I would like to make sure I can bring the same debugging to the site when it goes live.
