    Hello, Riccardo,

    We have downgraded the theme version to 9.1.9 and 9.1.8 – the issue is still present, please refer to videos in the Private Content area.

    We have identified that the cause of the issue is still the WooCommerce Memberships – By SkyVerge plugin, which modifies the WC_Product_Subscription object in such a way that the get_price() method called through the woocommerce_get_cart_contents filter causes the following error on the server: “The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

    We have added a temporary fix in the themes/xstore/framework/features/woocommerce/quantity-discounts.php file, which will be included in the next theme update.

    However, the best solution would be to resolve the issue in the WooCommerce Memberships – By SkyVerge plugin.

    If you face a problem with it, please contact support of the plugin directly.

    As we can see, you are using PHP 8.2.3, not all plugins are compatible with it. XStore was tested up to PHP 8.1 https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select the latest date or check the screenshot in the Private Content area.

    If you are using Elementor Pro, you need to contact support of the plugin.

    What exactly import file do you mean?

    E-commerce filters (widgets) from the WooCommerce plugin and from our theme can work only on the default Shop page (+ pages of categories and brands). If you want to change it, try to contact WooCommerce support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    There is no ready solution from our theme side, unfortunately.
    Additional customization in files is outside the scope of our basic support.

    We have resolved this issue by adding the following filters to the functions.php of the theme.

    add_filter( 'etheme_widget_product_brands_cache', '__return_false');
    add_filter( 'etheme_widget_product_categories_cache', '__return_false');

    We have also made changes to the following files, the fixes will be included in the next theme update.
    et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets/categories-filter.php
    et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets/brands-filter.php

    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Please provide correct temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

    We’ve found the fix and tested it on our test site.

    Please download 3 files by the next link – https://we.tl/t-i7teyV6Fx5 You can upload them into xstore-child/dokan folder via FTP.

    In case you are using a parent theme, please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
    Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.

    Because all other customers with Dokan are used to behavior when the sidebar position is taken from our Shop sidebar setting, we do not want to affect their sites by including changes in the next update, so we recommend you apply the fix via the child theme.

    We have conducted an analysis of the XStore theme and the entire website, and found that the cause of the problem is the WooCommerce Memberships plugin – this is not the default WooCommerce plugin – https://prnt.sc/6z6SRzFlcNKJ

    We also noticed server and object caching, but we were unable to find a way to clear it. Could you please disable it and check the problem again? There is a chance that it was just cached.

It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

    Check descriptions of all plugins that are activated on your site and disable plugins you do not really use because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.
