Home slider are not properly working on iPad air

    Can you please tell me why the home slider are not properly working on iPad air?

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ Try to disable 3rd party plugins and check how it works then.

    2/ Do you use the default WPBakery – Image Carousel element? Please check how it works when not our theme, but the default WooCommerce – Storefron theme is activated.

    “Disabling the third-party plugin does not resolve the home slider issue. However, the home slider is working correctly on both mobile and desktop views. Could you please suggest any other options to address this problem?”

    Please check how it works when not our theme, but the default WooCommerce – Storefron theme is activated.
