    Please check if the button can be shown with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too).

    If the button can be displayed with the Storefront, but not with our theme, please try to disable Singl product Builder and check the button then.

    This situation can’t be caused by our theme.

    Do you have a backup? Some hosting providers do regular backups for customers.
    We would recommend you contact your hosting provider and ask to restore a backup.

    Who has access to your site files, Dashboard, or database? Ask if that person did any changes there.

    Please do the next tests and let us know the results:

    1/ Please check how the number of products added to the cart works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too. Our XStore Core plugin can be disabled also to make this test more clear).

    2/ Does the problem exist with the deactivated WP Super Cache plugin?

    You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to fix the “CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 131072 bytes)”

    Category pages take widgets/filters from the Shop sidebar area in Appearance > Widgets. This is independent of the theme, and comes from WooCommerce plugin. If you want to have separate filters for separate categories, contact the support of WC to get some advice – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello, Ryan,

    This is independent of our theme, you will get similar results even with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated.
    It is because you uploaded images with different sizes.
    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
    If you do not want to resize images manually, contact the support of WooCommerce, maybe they will be able to give you some other suggestions.

    Shop page content and functionality come from the WooCommerce plugin.

    All the available sorting options you can find in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product Catalog > Default product sorting.
    By default, the sort order for your products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87

    If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

    Please go to Header Builder > Main menu > Computed box > change any value > Save. Close Theme Options and check the result on frontend, borders should disappear.

    We do not find correct wp-admin access to your site, so we will create an instruction for you:
    1.1/ Enable sidebar via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout
    1.2/ Go to Appearance > Widgets > add widgets into the Shop sidebar area.

    2.1/ Go to Static blocks > Add new > create content depending on your needs https://prnt.sc/Atw4KQ2s4Eme
    2.2/ Copy the shortcode of this static block;
    2.3/ Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Select the position of the Shop banner and add the shortcode as content.

    Please follow our recommendations to add sidebar and banner of the Shop and Category pages.
