    To resolve the issue, you need to access your second account and delete the purchase code associated with it.
    After deleting the code, you should log in to another account and register the license there.
    Subsequently, you will have the option to deregister websites that believe are no longer active https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/ . Once this process is complete, we will conduct a manual review to verify the status of each registration.

    If you want to add a currency switcher you should install the additional plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ for example. Or contact WooCommerce to get other recommendations.

    If you want to create a multilanguage site you need a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ Support of the plugin should guide you. The plugin will give a language switcher widget also.

XStore studio allows import sections from different demos, when you are using Elementor plugin. Just edit page using Elementor > click here – https://prnt.sc/udpfle and import the desired block.

    “When i search something and on result i have to click 2 times for the product result.” – Ould you record a video of the problem and provide URL of your site?

    You wrote us that on the staging web-site you tested and found the main issue of Cache hit was fixed by deactivation our XStore Core plugin. As we finally got the correct access to check it from our side we deactivated XStore Core plugin on your staging web-site and check if it fixed the site-monitoring issue. We attached a video in the Private Content area to show that XStore Core was not the reason of this because chart was not changed even with XStore Core deactivated.
    Consequently, it appears that the issue is independent of our theme/plugin. As such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide support for issues that fall outside the scope of our support policy.
    We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
