Hi, on my site I have to sell variable products that are added via API but, after adding the product, nothing works on the frontend of the variables and all the product options that work on all themes in xstore.
    Can you help me understand?

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @Antonio,

It sounds like you’re facing an issue with variable products on your website after adding them via an API. Variable products typically involve different product variations (e.g., different sizes or colors) that customers can select on the frontend. If nothing is working on the frontend for these variable products, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Check API Integration: Ensure that the API integration you’re using to add variable products is working correctly. Double-check the API documentation and the data you’re sending to ensure it’s formatted correctly.

    2. Product Data Validation: Make sure that the product data you’re adding via the API includes all necessary attributes for variable products, such as variations, prices, stock levels, and attributes (e.g., size, color).

    3. Theme and Template Compatibility: Please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty Three, just to make sure that the issue is because of our theme or not.

If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it means, our theme is not responsible for those issues, and in that case, you have to contact WooCommerce support.

    4. Cache and CDN: If you’re using caching plugins or content delivery networks (CDNs), clear the cache and ensure that these services are not causing display issues.

Remember to make backups and test any changes in a safe environment before applying them to your live website to avoid disruptions.

    HI,
I checked the API integration with other themes and especially with the storefront theme which is already installed on the site and everything works great. I only encountered the problem with your theme.
I think there is some problem with Xstore.
    Can you check please?

    Hello, @Antonio,

Thank you for your prompt response.

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with more detailed information regarding the API integration. Specifically, we are interested in the technique you employed for this process.

Did you utilize any third-party plugins for this integration? Alternatively, was custom code used for the integration?

Additionally, could you please provide us with the exact URL where you are encountering this issue?

We look forward to your response.

    HI,
if you want it, in the first message I sent you I entered some login details to verify the site.
For the API integration I used a third-party plugin “helloprint” which is the same company that then provided me with the integration API key.
I’m sending you a link below to a product I added via API so you can see that nothing works.

    Hello, @Antonio,

We appreciate your inquiry. It’s important to note that we do not provide a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing third-party plugins. While our theme is designed to work seamlessly with a wide range of plugins, sometimes additional customization may be required to ensure full compatibility between the theme and specific plugins. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the theme author to make the theme compatible with every existing plugin, and such additional customization falls outside the scope of our basic support.

In your case, where variable products added via API are not functioning as expected on the frontend, it’s possible that there may be some specific customizations or adjustments needed to ensure smooth operation. We recommend considering a developer’s assistance to tailor the plugin settings to your specific requirements.

If you have any further questions or need more guidance on this matter, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to help to the best of our ability.

    Best Regards,
