    i have buy 2 theme and 2 license and why it is showing one license only , why it is nit showing second license

    when i try to add then show message it is active in database with other mail id?
    i am so confused what is going and no any fats response from your side .

    As we can see, you registered purchase codes using different email addresses on our support forum.
    To resolve the issue, you need to access your second account and delete the purchase code associated with it.
    After deleting the code, you should log in to another account and register the license there.
    Subsequently, you will have the option to deregister websites that believe are no longer active https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/163-how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites . Once this process is complete, we will conduct a manual review to verify the status of each registration.
