From what we have understood, the issue can only be resolved by disabling the sticky section. This is because, as we understand it, you want the sticky to function differently when a tab is opened, and to be fixed at the bottom rather than at the top.

Дякую за відео, але це не те що ми запитували.
Тимчасово активуйте на сайті сторонню тему (Apperance > Themes > add Storefront theme) та перевірте як працює переклад тоді.
Ми підозрюємо що проблема не залежить від нашої теми і вам потрібно звязатися зі службою підтримки WPML щоб втрішити це питання.
Принаймні надайте доступи до wp-admin щоб ми могли провести тести самостійно.
