How to insert video onto website and have it show there?

Hello,

How can we “embed” or insert a video onto a page and have it played automatically on the website without needing to use YouTube or Vimeo etc?

We have added a domain on the PCA, and if you scroll all the way down the video is playing by itself and nothing was clicked or pressed etc.
