All Departments-mega menu with the same layout/static block

How do I create the same layout of mega menu using different categories? Right now, I have different categories but with the same mega menu/static block. I want them to look uniform, but if I edit the static block, it will apply to all of them. Thank you in advance.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access to your site? We need to take a closer look at your settings.

I want all the categories menu in the All Departments section to look like mega menu 5 static block.

The video is instructive however, when I try to duplicate my menu it duplicates but appears below the first menu I created instead of next to it.
