As was mentioned you can export/import Theme Options. If you want just header and Footer:
1/ Header Builder > Header Templates > Export settings in file and then import on the desired site.
2/ Compare footer settings on both sites, and do apropriate cahnges on the second site.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
2/ Please try it first, and you will see. We are not sure what exactly content you add in the static block, but it theori the scroll should be added by itself.

It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product or post images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.
There is no a quick ready solution for you right now, unfortunately.

1/ Please check how images works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated (Appearance > Themes).
2/ Please edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable. Clear cache and check Lightbox on the single product page then.

1/ The credentials that you provide don’t allow us to access the Dashboard (/wp-admin). Please set the administrator role for the user.
2/ What exactly 3rd-party plugin do you use and want to make it work? We ask because via FTP can see 2 plugins – https://prnt.sc/BPSBtaxMPrBc
3/ The primary question is why the default theme displays the estimated text in the product content, but XStore does not? Could you please provide confirmation (screenshots or video) that this works with the Storefront theme?
