Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

1/ Wp-admin access is incorrect – https://prnt.sc/qatqsESWoGDD Please check.

2/ We can’t connect to FTP:
```
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
```
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

The error maybe due to IP because all the details is accurate

Thank you for correct wp-admin access.
We’ve disabled the Kirki plugin on your site, and after that, we activated the XStore Core plugin.
Please do not activate the Kirki plugin because it causes conflict and problems.

We’ve disabled the Catalog mode via Theme Options, so Add to cart is visible now.
