    Hello, good afternoon:

I am creating an online store using WooCommerce, WooZone, and XStore.

I am having a serious problem when importing products because, as you can see in the following link https://armatactica.com/product/mochila-condor-rover/, the images are completely broken and when you click on one of them, two galleries open (you can see that, when closing it , you have to close another one).

If I then access my gallery from WordPress, the images appear perfectly, but not in the product sheet, on the page in general, or when editing the product.

Do you know what may be causing the conflict?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Hello, Armatactica,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please check how images works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated (Appearance > Themes).

2/ Please edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable. Clear cache and check Lightbox on the single product page then.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello good morning:

    1. With the Storefront theme active the images appear to be loading below the gallery image bar. Additionally, by entering the product edition, you can see the uploaded images. But the main image remains unseen.

    2. I have carried out the steps and the double gallery issue has been resolved. Right now you would only see a gallery when you click on the images and it loads perfectly. But the images still do not load, especially the main one.

    I show you explanatory screenshots.

Here’s what it would look like with Storefront active:

This is what the product in question looks like after having followed the steps with XStore:

    XStore related products:

Editing the product with XStore. It is verified that the images are broken. However, with Storefront they do appear correctly:

I give you support access in case you want to access and see for yourself.

Thank you very much in advance. I’m looking forward to solving it because if not, I can’t make any progress.

Greetings and I reiterate my thanks.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Armatactica,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Please try to Regenerate Thumbnails. You can use the Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Good morning again:

I have done this and it does not work with Amazon remote images.
    Screenshot: https://ibb.co/wMWd4c6

    Searching, I found this: https://www.8theme.com/topic/woozone-product-image-size/

I see that it is a compatibility problem with the theme, since I have used WooZone in another online store and it does not cause these problems.

And I see that you do not recommend modifying images using CSS.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Hello, Armatactica,

We’ve checked the single product page with Storefront theme activated and images are not shown – https://prnt.sc/o504IBf7Ql6S https://prnt.sc/iJzINn_YjOvD It means that the situation on your site is independent of our theme.

    Kind Regards,

    You are absolutely right.

The problem is that it was displaying images using Amazon’s CDN.

In case someone has the same problem as me, when using the WooZone Setup Wizard, you must disable this option when configuring it.

I’m sorry I wasted your time.

Thank you very much for your good service and speed.

    All the best!
