It is very pity that official WooCommerce devs could not provide you with information about what hook they use to output their own plugin content.
So, we downloaded the archive of the WooCommerce Shipment tracking plugin and found they use the next hook “woocommerce_email_before_order_table“ for showing tracking information → https://prnt.sc/-aUx0KpgXtTr . It means that once you add in our Email Builder WC Hook element and choose same hook “woocommerce_email_before_order_table“ → https://prnt.sc/pFUYVIx44bzoWooCommerce Shipment tracking plugin should start own code and add tracking information in the placement of such hook you set.
Please, try to add it in the emails you prefer and test it on real orders.

If you have Elementor Pro, then you should be able to create a header using Elementor, without any problem from our theme side.

Our Header Builder You can find in Theme Options, and shortcode can be added using https://prnt.sc/3sD4lgcIr-uQ We have a few menu elements in the Header Builder where you can select menus created via Appearance > Menus. Also, you can create static blocks (edit them using Elementor or WPBakery) and show these blocks in the header using HTML elements.
All headers that you see on our demos were created using our Header Builder.

If you want to create a header using Elementor but do not want to purchase Elementor Pro, you can activate a free PRO Elements plugin, then go to header builder https://prnt.sc/h71UYsdZvSV9 https://prnt.sc/Fg5qHty2-0T0 > https://prnt.sc/Y2y0kJlnn8c3

All works fine when you edit the menu via Dashboard > Appearance > Menus?

If you have a lot of menu items and can’t save some menu options then you need to increase PHP Max Input Vars. Try to set 5000 or 8000. Contact your hosting provider to get assistance with this.

There is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You can turn on debug mode in WordPress to see the error https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
If it will not show any errors then contact your hosting providers and ask them to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.

What exactly page do you mean? When you select “Grid”, isn’t a section available?

Are you able to create a section when not XStore theme is activated but the Storefront theme? This test should be done to find out if the situation is caused by a theme or not. If the situation is independent of the activated theme, you need to contact Elementor plugin support.
