Hello, Anand,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

What exactly page do you mean? When you select “Grid”, isn’t a section available?

Are you able to create a section when not XStore theme is activated but the Storefront theme? This test should be done to find out if the situation is caused by a theme or not. If the situation is independent of the activated theme, you need to contact Elementor plugin support.

Hello, Anand,

This question is independent of our theme, you need to contact Elementor plugin support.

We can sagest you go to Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > set Inactive.
But if this doesn’t help, you need to contact Elementor plugin support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
