Mobile panel does not open mini cart makes a redirect.

Hello.
I am having problems with the Mobile Panel, the mobile with the cart does not open outside the canvas.
Makes a redirect to the cart.

Pls help me

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

I’m barely using any plugins that it affects, I tried deactivating them all and it doesn’t work.

We appreciate your prompt response.

Please go to Theme Options > Mobile panel > delete all sections and add new ones from scratch.

If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access, and we will check the problem more deeply.

He borrado todo el panel y lo he puesto otra vez y sigue sin funcionar.

Hello, @OnlyCBD,

We appreciate your prompt response.

We apologize for the confusion.
Off-Canvas for elements in the Mobile panel can work only in case the same elements, in your case it is Cart element, are added in the header content area of Header Builder.
Currently, Cart element was not added into mobile header content, so Cart icon takes you to the Cart page when you click on it in the mobile panel.

There is no other solution right now, unfortunately.
It was not done yet because heavy code will be needed and it will slow down loading on all pages.

Hola Rosa.
Tengo el mismo tema en otra tienda y si que habre el mini carrito, te adjunto un video, donde se puede ver una tienda con el mismo tema y abre el carrito en el Panel Mobile.

Donde el carrito en el Panel Mobile, SI esta funcionando.
Pero no consigo replicarlo en mi sitio web.

It works because Cart was added into the header – https://prnt.sc/CkJhxrLllgdk
Go to Header Builder > Mobile view > add Cart element into the content area and Save, then the Off-Canvas will work for Cart in your mobile panel, as we descried before.
