Our whitelabel plugin can’t edit style.css file of the child theme, someone did it.
XStore child is activated on your site, so you can delete ZazaPay Child that doesn’t work in case you did not plan to fix and use it.

Could you please confirm if the import/migration/bulk update of products was carried out during a time of high load, and if the load is still high at present?
2/ We would recommend you do not enter IDs one by one, but show products by categories or tags – https://prnt.sc/mz_yKdG4YTJw Then it will be more flexible, and sorting and other things will work correctly.
Just add appropriate tags for products, it can be done via Bulk edit in the Dashboard https://prnt.sc/tipLw2aaRcFq
About sorting, there is an issue from the Elementor side when IDs were entered, and we already contacted them https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/13078 but there is no perfect solution yet.

1, 3/ About the header, Header Builder > Multiple headers > create a custom header and set it for all pages of a particular language. In the settings of headers, Search texts and other elements will be different depending on the language of the header. The same for Single Product Builder.
4/ These strings come from WooCommerce plugin. If you can’t find and translate theme, contact support of WooCommerce or WPML.
5/ Edit the footer static block and set the desired link, for example, https://prnt.sc/rqbXdCKo3qj6 , for the My Account menu item.

The pincode checker is not a part of our theme. Did you use an additional plugin or custom coding to add this? Sorry, but are are not responsible for such 3rd party things and additional customization is outside of our basic support scope.

Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder, then you will not lose translation after the update.
We would recommend doing a backup of all the files before any update.
Some hosting providers do regular backups for customers.

Do not forget to clear the cache of the browser before checking the result.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Our developers found and fixed the bug in /wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/panel/panel.php. The fix will be included in the next theme update.
