If you want to add link as on image, you need edit /wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/content-single-product.php.
We recommend you to make changes in a child theme.

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if this problem persists when default theme is activated.
Try to disable 3-rd party plugins. Then check.
Let us know the result and provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

Unfortunately, it can’t be changed using css code only, it requires modification in /woocommerce/archive-product.php file. If you have necessary skills you may try to edit them.

Hello,
Please clarify us with more details about plugin works and provide screenshots.
We did not test the compatibility of our theme with this plugin.
In this case, you need contact with plugin authors and ask what hooks are used and we’ll try to implement it in our theme. Then provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.
You can order it how you want, just move the categories items in Product->Categories (See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/agcdev) then navigate to Appeatance->Widgets->Shop Sidebar-> and change order by to Category Order. (http://prntscr.com/agcdmt)
Also, you can change white color of fixed header in Theme Options > Color Scheme > Fixed Header Text Color > Dark.
