    I need to add a text link below an attribute of the product page, please see screenshot to understand what I mean:

    Hello,

    You can upload Size Guide img http://prntscr.com/evvbqd or add link in Product short description.
    If you want to add link as on image, you need edit /wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/content-single-product.php.
    We recommend you to make changes in a child theme.
