Based on attached image any assistance would be fantastic!

A – Is it possible to place as follow up after “Email to a friend”
B – We having issues with it, on selection its not responsive.
C – Is it possible place next to main image instead under?
D – Were do i have to edit/remove this?
E – How to make fit full size of the theme?
F – We need 5, where to edit it?
extra – the QR code opening as new page – how to change in popup?

Hello,

Please, provide wp-admin access in Private Content.
3 – Unfortunately, it is not possible.
5 – You can disable sidebar on the single product page in Theme Options.
Check QR widget settings http://prnt.sc/e52lha.

5 – Is it possible modify with sidebar, as we need sidebar to stay.
6 – I tried the correction for QR, but still opening in new page instead as popup.

Hello,

1. You can add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:
```
.single-product .product_meta {
    display: none;
}
.single-product .menu-social-icons {
    margin-top: 15px;
}
```
2, 6. As I see you are using new woocommerce version.
Compatibility of our theme with the plugin will be added in a new theme update.
Please wait for it. Thank you for understanding.
4. To change that text you need edit the file wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/tabs/description.php. Also, you can read this article of Woocommerce documentation:
https://docs.woothemes.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
5. It requires additional customization in files which is beyond our basic support scope.

thanks, but !

1. Unfortunatly is not working, but i guessing because of the new version of woocommerce.
3. and 5. is it possible to have quotation for that?

extra question:
Woocommerce is by standard showing 3 product categories per row.
Is it possible to change that to say 5 or 6?

Not working was for QR, as regarding the categories per row, yes that’s correct, but unfortunately if we set 6 it splits to 2 rows with 3 categories. Please see link in private section.

Hi Rose,

Im bit confuse! What’s issues are related to woocommerce updated and what is to theme update, can you please clarify for me.

1. We having issues with it product zoom option, on selection its not responsive.
2. The single product ‘related products’ display only 4 we need 5.
3. The category number per row display max 3 only in grid option we need 5-6.
4. The QR not opening in popup, it works as new page only. We need popup- like demo version!

Hello,

1, 4. It is related to woocommerce update, and we will fix it in new our update.
2. To display 5 related products you need edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/theme-functions.php in lines 2692 and 2747, find this piece of code [1200, 4] and replace “4” with “5”.
3. It will be fixed in theme update.

Before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version http://prntscr.com/ewc6e0.

I checked and yes there is:
– Fixed navigation is ON but not working
– The header with revolution slider not working properly.

we roll back the wc to 2.6, maybe thats the problem?
see private section.

Hello,

We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with Storefront.
You can try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check issues then.
As I see, fixed header works fine http://prnt.sc/eyowlx

Hi,
That’s very strange! it works for you but it doesn’t work for me. I tried clean up the cache, disable almost every plugin one-by-one, even i tired freshly installed different browser – but still not working. Please assist as to find whats cosign this.
