    Hi,

We are having a problem with the product zoom. If you open the site on an ipad in landscape mode, the zoom works fine. If you open it in portrait, it doesnt work at all? You hold your finger on the image and it opens a menu with options like copy, save image, add to reading list etc.

Why is this? Link in private content..

This seems to be the case on all products.

Also, if you open the site in portrait view and then TURN it to landscape, the zoom doesnt work.

If you open it in landscape and turn it to portrait the zoom DOES work. So its definitely something to do with the site being loaded inlandscape view first that makes the zoom work, but obviously this is a problem.

    Hello,

I’ve checked zoom and seems it works fine. Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

Im sorry but the zoom does NOT work.

Load the product page in ipad portrait view – the zoom will not work.

Load in it landscape view – it works.

    Hello,

The same situation you can see on our demo.
You can try to edit etheme.js file to change it.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

It is not a bug. In our theme, zoom is disabled on this screen resolution, by default.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
