Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too. In case, problem appears only with our theme reply back and provide me wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content area.

Theme version 3.0.0.1 is available on ThemeForest (http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050, log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section). This version is compatible with Woocommerce 3.0.4 http://prnt.sc/f3la7m.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
