    Hey,
    I am running some orders on my site for testing and I have tried multiple times to input my address, but keeps coming back with an error:

    A validation error occurred while processing this transaction: Incorrect Street Address and Zip Code. Please correct values and try processing again.

    But I have used my actual address and our company address, which are both valid, but it still will not let me process. Do you have any idea why this is occurring? Can we fix this bug?

    I am thinking it may have to do with something when I updated the theme….the orders processed fine before that..now we are at a road block.

    Let me know! Thanks!

    Hello,

    Please update theme to the version 3.0.2.1. It’s available on ThemeForest.
    This version is compatible with WC 3.0.4.
    I would recommend you before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    ok so after my update. the fix you recently helped me with, keeping the sidebar menu closed, is gone again. I am going to attached the link of the screenshot where I found where the code should be, but it isn’t on my end for some reason?!!? I am not sure what I am doing wrong…..sorry to have you do this all over again.

    code screenshot4

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, I can’t open your screenshots, try this program:
    http://app.prntscr.com/en/download.html.
    I’ve changed etheme.js file, please, check sidebar now.
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/address-error/#post-162202
    Also, check your checkout page, because I don’t have the previous error, only – http://prnt.sc/f4ecdj and the same with Storefront theme.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    ok, well that still means payments cannot be processed.

    I am working with WooCommerce directly trying to resolve this issue. But they are saying it typically is an issue with the theme. I will let you know what they discover and we can move forward from there.

    Hello,

    It’s easy to check if this issue is related to our theme or not. Just go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme. Proceed to checkout and try again. If you won’t face the problem then problem is related to our theme. In this case, let us know what address do you use and we’ll try to replicate the problem and fix it.

    Regards

    Hello,

    Thanks for giving me that solution. And it looks like the error doesn’t have to do with your theme. WooCommerce had me deactivate plugins and switch to that theme, and the error still is occurring!

    I have them looking further into the issue. Thanks again for getting back with me.

    Hey just reaching back out, because I am still having the checkout issue. I have an error log and was hoping you could tell me a little bit about what it says and maybe some guidance on how to fix it. I do not think it has to do with your theme, but I figured I would ask just incase.

    This is the request error log:

    Request
    method: GET
    uri: https://api.intuit.com/quickbooks/v4/customers/wc-16-5911cb771e721/cards

    headers: Array

    [content-type] => application/json
    [accept] => application/json
    [Authorization] => ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
    [Request-ID] => 591452f50f59a
    )
    body:
    duration: 10.41233s

    This is the Response error log:

    Response
    code: 403
    message: Forbidden
    headers: Array

    body:

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    This problem is related to Woocommerce – intuit payments gateway – V2.0.1 plugin, not to our theme.
    Please contact their support and discuss this.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
