You can change products image size via Customizer > Woocommerce > Product Images, and check “Product Images” settings in Customizer > Woocommerce > Product Catalog.

In 4.16 theme version Menu options were moved into popup https://prnt.sc/idhhcf so to be able to see all menu settings, you need to click on “8Theme Page Options”.

You created the menu using 3-rd party plugin. Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize theme or plugin to make them work together.
