Hi there
I’m trying to figure out what’s happening but the whole single page design is messed up
The footer is missing.
Also are missing elements that should go underneath the product description

Can you advise please?

Hello,

Do you use a child theme? What version of WC plugin using on your site?
Please activate a parent theme and check if the problem will be solved.
Do you use third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme? Try to disable them and check if the problem still persists.

disabling Redux Framework would fix the issue (but mess up the design), but this plugin is required right?
WC is 3.3.3

Here is a list of required plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins if you disable all plugins except these, the problem persist?
Does it work in the same way if the parent theme activated?
Please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.

you can disable only Redux Framework and you will see it’s all good

Noticed that when clicking signup on the product

it won’t jump to the checkout (which used to do)

When switched to twenty seventeen it works fine

Hi there
client is complaining about the site not working so we decided to restore the version from couple days ago.
But theres serious issue with the the,e/redux framework plugin right?
So I will create stagig version of the actual site and restore the working one.
I’d like you to look into the issue on the staging version then.
I will let you know the url bit later

Hello,

Thanks for the notice. It was our bug. I’ve enabled “Brands” in Theme Options > General and the single product page works. Please check. Also, this problem will be fixed in next theme update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
