If you did not edit php files from the child theme, the problem caused by custom css code. You can inspect the code on site using inspector tools. To access it, open a web page or web app in Google Chrome. Either:
-Select the Chrome menu Chrome Menu at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.
-Right-click on any page element and select Inspect Element.
The DevTools window will open at the bottom of your Chrome browser.

Unfortunately, this can’t be done via child theme, so you need to include your font every time after theme update.
There is no such possibility, by default. You may find an additional plugin that can provide required functionality (I can’t recommend such plugin because we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with our theme). Also, you can try to achieve the desired result via customization in files (product-image.php and product-thumbnails.php files legenda/woocommerce/single-product folder), in this case, do not forget about child theme. You can add the code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css or in style.css file of your child theme.
Also, check Smart menu option in Theme Options > General > Header Settings.

Note that the deactivation option was added in 3.1 theme version. In case you use old theme version, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private Content area so we can help with theme deactivation.
