Hello!

First I’m sorry for English, I’m not from the USA.

Problem 1: I not found this word in .po archive “All Categories” the search bar.

2. Try to add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css > Custom css for desktop:

You need to create a new menu and mark it as secondary – https://prnt.sc/jjdqft
Mega menu works almost the same way for the secondary menu as for the main menu but in vertical design http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/27-mega-menu
In 4.16 theme version Menu options were moved into popup https://prnt.sc/idhhcf so to be able to see all menu settings, you need to click on “8Theme Page Options”.

I’m having a lot of trouble setting up this theme, would it be possible to cancel my purchase so that I can buy another theme?

1. Have you sync your translation with the current theme pot file? Because as I can see from the screenshot you have out of date translation file. Just press Sync button and then Save button. If you still need help with this provide me temporary Dashboard access to your site and we’ll help you.

2. What problems do you have with our theme? What bugs have you found? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to help you?!
