Hello there,

I’ve just purchased and installed XStore Electronics theme and imported the data but I’m getting following errors:

1. Slider with alias home-electronics not found

2. Only 3-4 images are showing rest of the images are missing.

Can you please help me with that?

Hello,

I have checked your site and see that you have all the necessary images. You don’t have images for the products and posts because we use placeholders.
For some reason, sliders were not imported by default. I have sent you 2 slider archives to your registration email. Please, go to Revolution Slider > Import slider and import both archives.

Let me know if you need any other help with our theme.

Everything seems to be working perfect. In fact I didn’t know that it will look so beautiful, it has exceeded my expectations. Unquestionably the most beautiful theme I ever installed.

Hello,

Can I also receive the sliders? I accidentally deleted the slides, and now there’s no way to import them again without importing the whole Demo. Or is there a way to import just a specific part of the demos?

Thanks for the question.
You can download XStore XML files v 4.24 – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ you will find sliders in electronics folder. Please import required slider via Slider Revolution > Import.
