    Hello,

    You need to update the plugin via FTP. We’ve sent the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder (5.5) to your registration email. Please read our documentation.

    All the premium plugins included in our theme are external and we have the right to build them into our theme as we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins. These plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest https://www.8theme.com/faq/

    If your custom css code was added in style.css file of child theme you won’t lose them. If the custom code was added in custom.css file of the parent theme, create a backup of files.
    Also, you may create a staging site (the full copy of live site). There you will be able to do all required updates. Make sure that everything is ok and only after that update everything on the production site.

    You use the latest version of woocommerce, so I would recommend you to update the theme to 3.8.1 version. Please let us know if the problem will be solved after the update.

    Hello,

    1. Brands are developed by our team as a part of the theme. You may simply do not use this our functionality and create something own or use an additional plugin.
    P.S.We don’t give guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins.
    3. We made a lot of changes to make it work good with the option and there will take some time to realize the desired result on your site without updating to the version that contains this option.
    We can provide names of files which were changed:
    woopress/woocommerce/content-single-product.php
    woopress/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php
    woopress/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php 
    woopress/js/etheme.js ( look for ’slick-slide’)
    woopress/js/head.js
    + css code that is used for correct showing the gallery on the desktop, laptop, mobile.
    Compare files to find the required code and transfer them to your site. If you don’t have the necessary skills you can submit customization request to WPKraken team.
    I would recommend you to sort out the code of the theme and transfer your customization into child theme to be able to do updates. We’ve sent 2.5 theme version to your registration email, so you will be able to compare files. Here can be downloaded child theme – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ Create a staging site (the full copy of live site). There you will be able to do all required changes. Make sure that everything is ok and only after that update everything on the production site.

    Did you purchase the theme on ThemeForest?
    If you bought the theme without logging it means that you bought it using the guest account and purchase code does not have the buyer and can’t be accepted by the system. We have already faced the same issue but user solved it by creating the regular account with the same e-mail he has made purchase. https://www.8theme.com/?bbp_search=guest+account&bbp_search_forum_id=128990
    We can do nothing because your code is not associated with buyer. Please contact Envato support (with your purchase code) to sort out the problem.

    It will ask you about the license number, but you can ignore the message.     But the problem does not occur for me as the logged user or in incognito. Please make sure that you cleared cache or check this on another computer.
    About header, I can see this problem, but can’t recreate on my test site even with your theme options imported there. Likely the situation relates to site speed. I’ve checked your site via gtmetrix, and would recommend you to read these articles:
