Problem with parallax effect - by Rodrigo

Hello Rose,

I’m having a little problem on my home page with the parallax effect in a session.

I do not know what happened after updating the theme but when scrolling down the page a white bar appears over the image, see the screenshot.

How can I fix this?

I do not see the problem on your site. Please try to clear cache and check one more time, if this won’t help, let me know what browser and version of browser do you use?

Hello Rose,

So, I do not know if it’s a problem or if it can be just a bug, I thought the problem was in my cache plugin (WP Rocket), but it was not, I turned it off and I still noticed the bug.

I noticed that the bug occurs when we are logged into the WordPress panel, scrolling the page where there is this parallax effect appears a white bar at the bottom of the image as we scroll the page.

Log in to WordPress and visit the home page, so try to simulate what I’m trying to explain.

I’ll give you access to the WordPress dashboard in private content.

Looks that Parallax issue is related to Ultimate Addons plugin bug. Try Move with content instead of Fixed option http://prntscr.com/jx65l8

Hello Rose,

I did as reported but the image loses the parallax effect, it looks like it’s a background image, it stops, it’s dull.

As an alternative, I changed the Parallax Style option from “Simple Background Image” to “Vertical Parallax On Vertical” and I also changed the Scroll Effect option to “Move with content” option, because when left in “Fixed at its position “the bug was also happening, but even worse.

It did not go as expected but at least there is not that white bar for logged in users.

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know. This is the specific issue of the plugin, therefore it is harder for us to fix it. I hope the parallax issue will be solved in new version of Ultimate Addons.
