– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M;
– file_get_contents() function should be enabled in the server configuration;

If you don’t want to import all of our dummy content or just need separate pages from our demo, also if you can’t use one click import according to server settings Import of .XML files is your way. We included all the demo versions and additional pages import to XML files folder of theme package. There you’ll be able to see .xml files, Revolution slider archives. Can you try to extract the XStore_Theme_v.5.3.1.zip archive and just move xstore folder that you will get to wp-content/themes/ folder?

Also, you need to sort out which version of this plugin http://prntscr.com/nye45f do you want to use on the site.
Do you need help with updating? Have you created a backup?

To update the theme you can create a staging site (a full copy of live site) and do all updates there. Then, if everything is ok, update the production site.

Do not forget to clear cache after the update.
