1/ Go to Appearance > Widgets > and check the content of Footer Column 1 area.
2/ Translation files of XStore theme is placed in languages/themes/ folder. You can backup these files or “languages” folder separately.
After the theme update, you need to synchronize translations. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It useful if we made any changes in template files that may affect translation or we added new string for the translation. Only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed.

I would recommend you to synchronize translations.
Make sure you placed translation files of the theme into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and woopress theme suffix, e.g woopress-de_DE.po, woopress-de_DE.mo).
Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with pot file. Then you will be able to translate untranslated strings.
Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

I can see the problem on the desktop also.
Looks like not all files were uploaded correctly.
We would recommend you to create a staging site (full copy of the production site; to avoid problems on the production site and be able to fix problems without rush), update theme and all the included plugins to latest versions and then check the problem. In case the issue still appears then reply back with access to the staging site (wp-admin and FTP access) and we’ll check it in more details.
If you want we can help you with theme and plugin update, on the staging site.

Please make sure that “Display Title/Meta on single post” is enabled in Theme Options > Blog > Single post.
This option shows post title and post meta on the single post page. You can use post meta shortcode [etheme_post_meta time="true" time_details="true" author="true" comments="true" count="true" class="" ] in post content as an alternative of this option.
The author is disabled on the single post by default because there is an option “Show about author block” in Theme Options.
