I would recommend you to update the theme to latest version – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin too – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
There is a new feature – Header builder, you can activate it in Theme Options and create the header from scratch depends on your needs.

Also, the Animals demo version uses elements of Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin, so you need to activate this plugin or edit Home page and remove some of elements.

Mentioned strings of the checkout page relate to Portugal States (Distritos) for WooCommerce plugin.
“All products results” text relates to XStore Core plugin. Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > synchronize translating and then you will be able to translate untranslated strings https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
