Hello,
Previous to the 5.0 X-Theme update, I had 4 post types – Audio, Gallery, Video and Standard Article.
However I noticed that the Audio and Video featured images aren’t being displayed, even after trying other featured images.
Please help, this is throwing off the visual balance of my site’s front page.
Hello,
Thanks for the notice.
Please provide us with FTP access also.

Hello,
Please check now.
You need to use [8theme] Post Options, for example:
Home Office Tour – http://prntscr.com/l19kao and Odesza for Office – http://prntscr.com/l19kic

Hello,
My website: https://www.ettesofficefurniture.com/ is unable to display buttons/icon boxes and other design elements that require a shortcode properly (e.g Blog carousel, product buttons, etc). This problem seems to be linked to the XStore Core Plugin, because when it is active I get an Error 500 and I’m unable to login to the WordPress dashboard of my website.
Therefore in order to display my website, unfortunately the dysfunctional XStore Core Plugin has been deactivated.
Any assistance/advice given would be highly appreciated.
Hello,
Provide correct WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check and help you.

Hello Rose,
Thank you a million times over, the issue has been resolved.
One question: how can we prevent this issue from occurring again?
Hello,
If you update theme you need to update XStore plugin to the appropriate version. Always check the changelog before theme/plugin update https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
Don’t update only theme or only plugin if you found in the changelog that both updates were released.

Hello,
My site is not being displayed at all.
Wordpress emailed me a recovery mode link that allowed me to enter the site and this is the error I’ve gotten about the theme:
ERROR: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.
What is causing this issue?
Please help me where you can.
Hi,
I see error in debug log
[08-Jan-2020 04:05:57 UTC] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /hermes/bosnacweb02/bosnacweb02ba/b1557/nf.ettesofficefurniture/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/functions.php on line 1
It seems you minify files, that caused the errors https://prnt.sc/qknofq
Please disable all cache / minify and re-upload original theme.

Hello,
I’m not sure how to do that, can you help me please?
I attached the website login info on the previous message
Hello,
1) Can’t connect to your FTP anymore, access is incorrect. http://prntscr.com/qkxkld
2) What version of the PHP do you use? It should be no less than 7.0.

Hello, please see private content area for responses to your questions.
My domain host; Netfirms, asked for you to use plain FTP instead of applications like FileZilla.
Hello,
We used Encryption type – Plain FTP in FileZilla settings http://prntscr.com/qn4lll but seems password is incorrect http://prntscr.com/qn4m43
So, check the username and pass by yourself first to try to connect to FTP and then reply back with the correct credentials.

My credentials have been tested and verified, but I have had a FTP subuser account created for your team. Please see private content area.
I’m just as confused.
Is there anything else I can do?
This is exhausting and my client is not pleased.
Hello
I’m not sure what happened but I guess it through our combined efforts the site is being displayed again.
However there is an error message appearing on every screen, can you resolve this, or hide it?
I appreciate everything you’ve done so far.
Hi,
