Instagram API doesn’t have share function and can’t be included in share icons.
Youtube means videos only, so it can’t be added to the mentioned settings as well.

Try to change Page background via Edit page > Page Layout settings. If this doesn’t help, describe the desired result in more details and we will help you with custom CSS code.
To apply the bg color for single product page, add this code:

.single-product .st-pusher .page-content {
    background-color: hsla(0, 0%, 100%, 0.8) !important;
    padding: 15px;
}

Let us know what exactly do you want to edit and we will guide you.
What social links do you want to change? Provide a screenshot of the area with links, because social links could be added to widget areas (Appearance > Widgets) or as the page/Static block element.
