I just bought template XStore. I setup it on my hosting. Now, it not run.

Hello,

You are using 5.6.40 version of PHP but min required PHP version is 7.0 https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements You need to update the PHP version to 7.2, contact your hosting provider to get help with this.
If you need any further assistance from our side, reply back after updating the PHP version.

Dear Technical.

My WordPress is 3.9, PHP 7.1. But they still error after I just setup this template.

Have got a note: Automatic Update Setup. but I input my license number: be721074-0bce-4754-abbb-….
then still error: “Purchase Code is not valid.”

+ your email and your number phone are not contact.
