This problem could be caused by a few reasons:

1) You are trying to update theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to Theme Options > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again

2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.

In 6.0 version of XStore, we added “Instagram Feed for XStore Dashboard panel” http://prntscr.com/prs3e1 The latest theme version is 6.1.5 and Core plugin – 1.4.5 Because you are using old versions, I would recommend doing next updates on a staging site (full copy of the existing one) first. There are a lot of changes were done – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site. Do not update the Core plugin before the theme update + you need to be sure that PHP version is 7.0 or 7.2 on your site.
