Add to Card – Message - by Matheus

When I add a product to the shopping cart, the store is not displaying any messages. I would like you to display a message stating that the product has been added. Can you help me please?

Please check our demo http://prntscr.com/poqird https://xstore.8theme.com/product/originals-california/ it uses the latest version of the theme – 6.1.5

Hey, I updated the core and theme for the last version but unfortunately it does not work like the demo on mobile version. I can’t see any message like I can see in the demo on mobile version. Should I configure anything?

– FTP info (server, username, password, port)
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

When the product is added to the cart in the mobile version I would like to see a message stating that the product was added successfully.

Is that possible change configurations?

Hi,

Simple products have the option “Ajax add to cart” that you can ON/OFF in Theme Options > Single product. Variable products do not have such option, that’s why the page is reloaded after adding to cart and displays info message. If you disable “Ajax add to cart” option for the simple products you will get the same message after adding to cart.
