Problem with demo import - by Tudosa Victor

    Hello,

    I’ve installed the theme and run the setup. After the plugins were installed, it started demo import, it says “Please wait, it mai take up to 2 minutes.” i’ve waited 20 minutes and nothing changed.
    I checked the site to see if somethig is changed and it;s showing error 500. I had to reinstall wordpress to work again. I’ve tried this process multimple times with the same result.

    Hello,

    Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Theme_Installation/Legenda_Theme_Requirements.html
    The 500 error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You cna turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

    Thanks, it was a problem with the wp version.

    One more thing, the theme is activated with the purchase code and it’s ok, but visual composer still ask: “Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.”, how can i activate it?
