1) Go to pages > Edit home and Shop page > Page layout settings > compare settings “Use custom footer for this page”. Set Sefault here http://prntscr.com/pua2cd for Shop page and check then.
2) About buttons, describe the desired result in more detail.
To find out classes, inspect code using inspector tools.
Open a web page in Google Chrome. Either:
-Select the Chrome menu at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.
-Right-click on any page element and select Inspect Element.
The DevTools window will open at the bottom of your Chrome browser.

1) Do you mean this documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/ ?
All available settings for WC pages you can find in Theme Options > Shop, Products Page Layout and Single Product. Default settings for such pages are in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce. Because WC pages are default pages of the plugin, you need to use custom css code to change styling.
2) Because of the current content structure, the single product page can’t have full-width background color as you described. Additional customization in files is outside the scope of basic theme support, sorry.
3) This code:

1) Niche Market demo version uses a Single product builder ( Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) ). In case you activate the builder, the single product page should be created from scratch http://prntscr.com/ptrl3c and then you will get access to new features.
2) “Show Sale Percentage” can be activated in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop elements > Sale & Out of Stock.
