I have 9 products from 2 different brands (4 and 5). All the products do show up, but just one Brand in Brand filter.
Interesting is if I add additional random brand to one of the products then all 3 Brands show up correctly in the filter.
Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

I do not see the problem on your site, it looks like the new update fixed this problem. Isn’t it?
It looks like you just deleted the product that was causing the problem.
Now the same issue is happening to some other brands / products.
Had to create a new brand and move products over and brand filter started working with newly added brand.
We did not delete any products from your site. I am not sure what was the reason for your problem, but I am glad that it was solved.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
