Hello,
What exactly problem do you face? What editor do you use (Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder)?
For the WPBakery Page Builder, follow next steps – https://prnt.sc/tv4t9g https://prnt.sc/tv4too https://prnt.sc/tv4u0j https://prnt.sc/tv4u8x , with Elementor – https://prnt.sc/tv4zx4
What exactly menu do you want to create? Do you have a live site where we can add an example?
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

Hello,
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together.
Have you installed default WC pages? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
The plugin works fine when a default WC theme (Storefront) is activated on the site? Please provide screenshots of how it works with the default theme.

Hello,
As I can see, our settings work correctly. Please describe what exactly is the problem in your opinion, and what result do you want to achieve.

Hello,
If the problem persists with the child theme only, it means that some custom code from there causes the mentioned problem. Sorry, but we are not responsible for custom changes in the child theme, so you need to check it by yourself.

Hello,
Do you have any errors in browser console?
Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.

Hello,
Thanks for using our theme.

Hi,
You have too much products (about 3000) that’s why ajax search cannot get the products by title for wpbakery elements. Try to raise these values – http://prntscr.com/tuxu45 , contact your hosting provider to get assistance with this. It may fix the problem, but without a guaranty, because the wpbakery builder just can’t parse the current amount of products via ajax.
Please note that you need to build content using only one builder, don’t try to edit page that was created by WPBakery using Elementor.
Regards
Please change the previous code to:
.post-type-archive-product .content-page,
.tax-product_cat .content-page {
margin-top: 15px;
}

Hi,
We did some test, including theme switching, looks like some widgets were messed up. Go to Appearance > Widgets and set them depends on your needs, sorry for the inconvenience.
We’ve updated XStore and Core plugin, and changed Slug in Settings that come from the additional plugin on your site – https://prnt.sc/tuwbou There was a conflict the Slug from the plugin with our Brands functionality, some scripts worked incorrectly that caused the problem.

I can’t see your screenshot, unfortunately.
Try to use Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html , it makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

Hi,
I do not see the problem on your site – https://prnt.sc/tuvq6a Clear cache and check one more time. Is it solved?

Hello,
1) We are not responsible for custom changes in the child theme. The problem can be caused by changes in your .css, .js or .php files, so ask to check all code of the child theme files the person who made changes.
3) This option you can find in Theme Options > Header > Menu.
I would recommend you to edit Menu items via Dashboard > Aperance > Menus https://prnt.sc/tuvmqg , not via the customizer.
Also, we added Header builder functionality. Once Header builder is enabled you need to builder the header structure for desktop and mobile from scratch (here are some video tutorials – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbdKjQrFnO4&list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG ) or import one of demo templates (Theme Options > Header builder > Header templates > Ready To Go Headers) and change them. This builder allows you to place a lot of different elements in the header according to your needs, but it doesn’t have the Smart menu option.

}

Hello,
Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Let us know the result, provide temporary FTP access also.
Please note that when you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugins that you don’t use.
