    Hello,

https://prnt.sc/tu81h8 – I’ve checked your site from a real device. Please clear cache of your mobile browser and check one more time.

    Hi,

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hello,

What phones models, browsers and versions of browsers do you use.
We do not see the problem so it is a bit difficult to troubleshoot it.
As was mentioned, try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then. If the problem is caused by an additional plugin, you need to contact support of the plugin.

    Regards

    Hi,

Based on your reply, I can say that it is the effect of cache. You can find online guides on how to clear cache in different browsers on mobile, follow them.

    Regards
