As was mentioned, old version of the theme can’t work correctly with the latest WP version, so follow our docs and update XStore via FTP, or provide us with FTP access.

You are using a new version of WordPress, but an old version of the theme. Update XStore – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ , clear cache and then you will be able to register it.

What additional plugin do you use?
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
Please provide correct wp-admin access – https://prnt.sc/v0ezid + FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

Hello,

When you switching between child theme and parent theme your widgets and theme options (including the content of header builder) could be different because child theme does not inherit all theme options of the parent theme and parent theme does not inherit theme options of the child theme.

So, before switching from the correct theme (where everything is correct) you need to export theme options (Theme Options > Export/Import) and then import them after switching. Widgets should be moved to correct areas at Appearance > Widgets.

Sync translation files – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , then find and translate strings. Add a product to cart to clear cache and check then.
If this doesn’t help, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

As we can see, the theme is activated on a few sites. Please check screenshot from the private content area. We can delete the mentioned site, but you need to deactivate the theme on other sites.
1 license of the theme can be used on 1 staging site + 1 live/production site = 1 end project only – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
