Missing media after importing demo - by Olga

Hello,
some of the media elements are missing on my site after I have imported the demo.
I rerun the import twice and now the menu elements were doubled.

the site is ‘cosily.org’ !!!! not the 2nd one.

( what is the right way to change 1 demo to another? )
please assist with the fixes.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. You can choose the demo import again and at the demo content installation step don’t check all but media only https://gyazo.com/647b0452f7c5d8ddb3ebcf966506dcc0
There are 2 ways:
– provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can manually delete duplicated elements for you. We do not need access to the Cpanel.
– start from scratch. If you want to run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.

Hello,

I’ve removed duplicated items from the menu. Go to Appearance > Menus > and edit it depends on your needs now.
You are using the latest version fo Core plugin but an old version of the theme, and it causes the problem. Update the theme via FTP – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update , or provide FTP access, so we can assist you. If you don’t know your FTP access, contact the hosting provider and ask this information.

Hello,

1) Check the cosily.org
2) You can’t use 1 license for 2 different projects. If you want to use XStore for the new project (getpowerofdata.com) you need a separate license. Provide the license for the getpowerofdata.com and correct WP Dashboard access.
