Please provide correct – wp-admin access: user and pass
– FTP access: FTP host, FTP user, FTP pass

Make sure that the sidebar is enabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar Position For Mobile.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check how the sidebar works then.
