Hi,

I’m having some issues with this template.
1- very slow loading (frontend and backend WP cPanel)
2- Cart issues, sometimes don’t appear items added on the cart, or when I change page the items disappear. Sometimes the cart is empty but when I change page appears some items. looks like a cache issue. Also sometimes can not delete items on the cart.
3- Login Issue. I can make the login, but when I change page its logout automatically. or opposite, I’m not logged in, and when I change page, it makes login automatically.

Please make a simulation for buying some items.

Hello,

1) Contact your hosting provider, our theme doesn’t affect the speed of backend and Cpanel.
2, 3) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check how it works then.
Check how it works when a default theme is activated on your site.
Let us know the results.

I tried to disable all plugin, it didn’t work.
I’m using the default theme already, just customize it with CSS, nothing to do about this issue.

Hello,

By default theme we meant Storefront or Twenty Twenty etc. You can install theme via Appearance > Themes > add new.
