Still can’t connect using FileZilla, even with SFTP. Please try by yourself using the credentials you provided.
I am not sure why you can’t find the error_log file ( I did not work with digitalocean linux server, unfortunately). Maybe their support can help you?

As was mentioned, we would recommend you to use the backend editor. Bu default, the Design Options tab doesn’t have the ability to set different paddings/margins for different devices, this is our additional functionality that works fine, but has the displaying conflict via the Frontend editor.
I’ve passed your report to our technicians, but can’t say for sure if/when it can be fixed.

2/ As I can see, this is a screenshot from the editor. Please check on a real device (clear cache of your mobile browser).
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
If the problem is independent of plugins, check if Appearance > Customize available with the default theme activated (Storefront).

2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > enable “Hover buttons on mobile”
3/ Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Off-Canvas Content > Content Size (%)
4/ There is no such possibility when “Add To Cart With Quantity” option is enabled.

This section was created using the Slider Revolution plugin. Go to edit your page > add slider element > select “home_handmade2”.
If your pages are created using WPBakery, you can disable the Elementor plugin at all.

There is no such option, but you can use custom CSS code.
For example, add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:
It works in the same way even with Storefront – default WooCommerce theme. If you want to change this behavior, contact the support of WooCommerce plugin.

To fix the problem, I’ve reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then added the content again.

Do you use WPBakery? In this case, you can copy and move the content (only) of columns between rows.
1/ As we can see, this content was added by jetpack, so contact authors of the plugin to get assistance or add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

2/ Have you tried to contact support of WPML? Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
