    Hello,
maybe you can help me understand a weird behaviour with a paypal button, since it’s working correctly in a variable product, but no in simple ones.

You have the links in private area, as you can see if you select more than one in quantity selector and click on paypal, will see (after a few seconds at the top) the value and inside the product and quantity. Problem is in variable product it show correct cost and quantity, but in simple product it always show only 1 in quantity, it’s ignoring the quantity I’ve chosen. Since it’s working for a product type and not for other, can you help me find the reason why? What could paypal be reading in one template and not in the other… since I cannot spot any difference between then, neither should be different.

    thanks

Also, if it’s not much trouble, could you assist me to understand why the first image in the variable product is not zooming?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    1) Do you have the mentioned issue with the Storefront theme? Please, check if you have this error when the Storefront theme is activated.
    2) Zoom effect shows the real size of images. You need to upload the image with bigger dimensions.

    Regards

    Hello,

I see you use Cloudflare CDN. Could you, please, log in to account https://prnt.sc/17hmbzm to allow us to flush the CDN cache?

    Regards

    Hello again,
I’ve flushed the cache in SiteGround Control Panel, and also at Cloudflare. There’s no need to install a plugin for that.

I’m also facing this issue now with XStore when I click Theme Options: Everything was fine yesterday.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 93220102444 bytes) in /home/customer/www/liveit.pt/public_html/wp-admin/includes/widgets.php on line 133

93 GB…, but most times just error 502

I had to restore yesterday’s backup, now the error is gone.
Have you applied any fix for the zoom and quantity, that maybe gone now?

    Hello,

We can’t log in to your Dashboard anymore to proceed with fixing. Could you, please, provide us with correct access?

I’ve flushed the cache in SiteGround Control Panel, and also at Cloudflare.

We should be able to flush CDN cache after our changes to apply then and check if it works. How could we do this from the WP Dashboard if you don’t log in here https://prnt.sc/17hmbzm ? Do you have any other place in WP Dashboard that allows to flush CDN cache?

    Regards

I’ll have to create a backup version and get back to you with this issue.
Meanwhile, if you have an idead of a possible fix, please share as I’m the web developer.

    thanks

    Hello,

You made customization in child theme and it could be the reason of the issue. We need to update child theme files check the things you changed there to tell you the reason of the issue. But we need access and ability to flush the CDN cache to apply changes.

    Regards
