Do you mean XStore > Theme Options or Appearance > Menus?
In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

By default, the title is shown in Breadcrumbs, image can be used as background of Breadcrumbs, and position of description you cna select via Theme Options > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position.
Enable Elemenor for static blocks, then go to Static blocks > create a block with the desired content, and add shortcode of the block into Category description, for example – https://prnt.sc/1skjvu3

About the Footer: Do you import Elementor or WPBakery demo content on your site? Enable Elementor for static blocks https://prnt.sc/1sjm6cr , then you will be able to edit the content. Do not use 2 mentioned plugins at the same time to edit content, it may cause a mess.

There is no such option, by default, unfortunately. You can maybe find a plugin that provides such functionality, or contact support of WooCommerce to get an advice.
1/ My account page is the default WooCommerce page and all the settings available for this you can find in WooCommerce > Settings > Account. If you want to add any extra fields you need to look for the thir-party plugins that allow editing of the WooCommerce login/registration forms because our theme does not have such options.
2/ There is no such option, by default.
About font-size, Theme options > WooCommerce > Single Product builder > Breadcrumbs > Content Zoom (%)
